Unless otherwise noted, all content and materials made available via the Betrweather mobile application, website(s), social channels, and related services (collectively, the “Services”)—including text, UI/UX design, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, audio, code, and data compilations—are the copyrighted works of END CORP LTD and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and related laws worldwide.

Rights Reserved

We reserve all rights not expressly granted. No part of the Services may be copied, reproduced, modified, adapted, translated, published, broadcast, distributed, sold, licensed, reverse-engineered, or otherwise exploited without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law (e.g., fair dealing/fair use).

Permitted Use

Personal, non-commercial viewing and use of the Services.

Temporary copies created as an essential part of using the Services (e.g., browser/app caching).

Any additional use expressly allowed by a specific license or notice accompanying particular content or code.

Open-Source & Third-Party Materials

The app may include open-source software and third-party content governed by their own licenses/terms. To the extent of any conflict, those licenses control for their components. Open-source notices (if any) are available in-app or at betrweather.xyz/oss.

Trademarks

Betrweather, END CORP, and associated marks, logos, and trade dress are trademarks or registered trademarks of END CORP LTD. Other names and logos are the property of their respective owners. No trademark license is granted by this notice.

Data Sources

Weather, geospatial, and alert data may derive from public and private sources. Such data and related compilations within the Services are subject to copyright and/or database rights owned by us and/or the original providers. Attribution or usage conditions required by providers will be honored and, where applicable, listed in-app or at betrweather.xyz/oss.

Reporting Infringement (Notice & Takedown)

If you believe content on the Services infringes your rights, please email copyright@betrweather.xyz with:

Your full name and contact details.

Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to be infringed.

A URL or clear description of the material you believe is infringing.

A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.

A statement, made under penalty of perjury (or equivalent under your jurisdiction), that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

Your physical or electronic signature.

For US DMCA-style requests, please indicate “DMCA Notice” in your subject line. We may share your notice with the user who posted the material and relevant service providers.

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was an error, you may submit a counter-notice to copyright@betrweather.xyz including:

Your name, address, and contact details.

Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (or, for US DMCA, your local Federal District Court) and acceptance of service from the notifying party.

Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others’ intellectual property rights.

Changes

We may update this Copyright Statement from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new Effective Date.
